Dear Parents,

 

            We know you are besieged with information regarding the 8^th graders’ end of the year activities.  Some of these are planned by the school and some by parents.  We hope you will find the summary below helpful.  Please feel free to email or call either of us with any questions.  Please remember that all financial obligations (fines, lunch money owed, etc.) and all work must be completed for students to participate in these activities.  Thanks!

Monday, May 18th 8:15 – 3:15 P.M.	Last Day of Classes	Holy Cross classrooms	Uniform	All books. Work ethic and best behavior.
Tuesday, May 19th 11:00 A.M. – 2:00 P.M.	8th Grade Fun Day	College of St. Mary Lied Facility 7400 Mercy Road	Dress down. Please wear appropriate shirts, shorts.	Sunglasses, sunscreen, chips or dessert.   Thank you’s for the parents!
Wednesday, May 20th 8:30-11:00 A.M.	Graduation Breakfast and Practice for Graduation	Go to homeroom first.  Then St. Ed’s Hall and Holy Cross Church (Report cards will be given after practice.)	Dress up!  Nice shirts and pants for boys, skirts or dressy slacks/capris for girls.  No jeans or tshirts!  Uniform shorts are allowed.	Cooperation.  Backpacks. Any fine money still owed.  Transfer of Records form (if needed).
Wednesday, May 20th 7:00 P.M. (Be in St. Ed’s at 6:45 P.M.)	Graduation Mass	Holy Cross Church	Dress Clothes: Shirt and tie, dress slacks and shoes for boys.  Appropriate dresses, and dress shoes for girls.	Your family!   Congratulations!
